Boston’s Downtown/Midtown area was primarily a retail and business area in its history. Given this fact, most Bostonians would refer to the area as being a busy area by day and desolate one by night. However, today all of this has changed due to recent new developments. The area is fast becoming a residential neighborhood with the addition of many new construction projects for luxury condos and apartments. Apartments and condos are arising in both tear down and repurposed buildings in the Midtown and Downtown neighborhoods.
The close proximity to Back Bay, The Boston Common, Theater District, Beacon Hill, Financial District and a handful of blocks to the water make for an ideal location to live.
